Amazing! My new favorite place to stay if in Bali. By far the best for service, people, property, room, spa, food, beach, lagoon, and don’t forget to have a Bloody Mary while at the beach bar. Truly beautiful!

Hotel is beautiful. Service is great. Pools and beach accommodations excellent. Breakfast buffet best ever. Other food prices are on the high side though. Although not related to the resort, traffic made wandering around the island difficult.

We stayed at the St. Regis in early April as a family of five, including two small children, and had an absolutely unforgettable experience. Initially, we had checked into another 5-star property, but the location didn’t meet our expectations, and we decided to move to St. Regis—a decision we’ll always be glad we made. While the physical property itself is breathtaking, what truly sets St. Regis apart is its exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by multiple staff members, including the Manager, Felix, who consistently provided extraordinary assistance throughout our stay. It felt as though the entire staff knew our family by name, greeting us whenever we walked by or entered a restaurant—this level of personalized service was remarkable. We were assisted by several butlers (Putra, Ernie, & Edi) during our visit, all of whom went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our children still talk about Edi, who kindly drove them to the kids' club when we realized we were running late for our spa appointment. Beyond the impeccable service, the breakfast options were incredible, with a wide variety to suit every palate. The private beach was a unique feature, elevating our Bali experience, although we spent much of our time relaxing by the stunning pools. We’re already planning our next trip back to St. Regis. The only downside is that the team has set such a high standard that we’re unsure if any other hotel will be able to compete!

The staff was magnificent in welcoming us back to At Regis. Once again the buffet breakfast was a very special treat, with lobster omelette, Wagu steak and Foie gras. Freshly squeeze fruit juice on demand and also a wide range of other food on offer. The staff would also take the food to your table so you don’t have to wait around. Last time we visited St Regis, the also offered a complimentary afternoon tea, but on this occasion it was chargeable. However, the management kindly offered us one free day. The room we booked was supposed to be sea facing, but we wasn’t able to see the ocean. Over ground plantation and the distance from the room to the ocean was quite a different away. Again the management gave us a discount on the room. Overall we really enjoyed coming back to the St Regis.

We had a fantastic 8 night stay. Hotel has a stunning beach setting. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. Food in every restaurant was delicious. Best of all were the wonderful staff who were all so helpful. Especially Ariana the concierge who helped arrange bespoke excursions, boat trip and all our reservations. Highly recommend.
