"I love staying at hotels like this! So much history. My husband and I loved the happy hour beers. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was refreshingly cold and the bed was super comfortable. They even provided a crib/pack n play for my six month old. We would’ve had a perfect view of The Alamo if it weren’t for the construction but the view was still really nice of the city skyline and another historic hotel. "

"We had one of our best customer service experiences at a hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay. The staff was always helpful and kind. I was impressed by the staff during the breakfast rush; they were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. A rude hotel guest filled their plate with enough eggs to feed 8 people, taking from the serving tray and leaving none for others who had been patiently waiting in line for their turn. The staff immediately sprang into action and quickly resolved the issue by refilling the egg tray. Thanks to the hotel staff's quick thinking, everyone was happy and satisfied. Our family had a great time. It was a great location, lots to do, and great food options! Thanks!"
