Social service was excellent both drivers to the airport and picking up from the airport one above and beyond. Room was great but was very comfortable overall had a very positive experience breakfast definitely could’ve been better but other than that five stars.

The check in staff were not prepared and overall not very friendly. Took forever to check in. Arrived at my room, not given a room that matched the photos or description on the site. Room was clean, and overall not horrible. Bathroom was tiny and needs help. The amount of caulk and holes in there was disturbing. I honestly expected more from a Crown Plaza hotel.

Room was good. Some hairs in towels and sink. Bed was the best. Did not sleep well in the morning because cleaning ladies were making a big fuss and noise near the elevator. Yelling across the hall to each other banging things. Vacumming so early. They need to change time of cleaning to at least after 11a.m. Told front desk and did not do a thing they still did it the next morning. Breakfast should be included since it is an IHG hotel. Amenities pool is in the shade no way to get in.

The property is good. But the customer service is bad. I asked for 4 additional blankets because they don’t have extra warm covers in the room. My whole family felt cold and woke up around 3AM, because the only thin blanket they have on the bed. I called front desk 3AM in the morning, and asked for 4 warmer blankets, because we have 4 people all felt cold. Someone call me back in about 10 minutes and told me to go to downstairs and take them up myself. I had to stay with my kids and this was just not an optional. She told me she will find someone and bring up the blankets. Maybe after more than half an hour, someone finally knocked my door. Guess what, it’s the same thin blanket, and most importantly he only brought 2 new blankets… Then we suffered the whole night by using the heater. My noise is bleeding after too my hot air from the heater. Please improve the customer service, which I really don’t care, because we won’t be back for another cold night.
