On the negative side, the carpet in both my room (#707) and the hallway on the 7th floor had noticable stains. Not so attractive. In general, the property gives the impression of being a bit tired. But I would go back....because of the people. In particual Valeria at the front desk and in the restaruant, both Angie and Karen made me feel welcome, "at home" and well served. I also appreciated the helpfullness of shuttle drivers Steve and Ramon
