"Our family had an excellent stay here. The location cannot be beat - this hotel is just steps from the public beach access, multiple restaurants, the bus stop (free service to downtown Newport during the summer), and a short walk to the beautiful Cliff Walk. The hotel is well maintained and clean, with an indoor pool and sun deck with views of the sea. Highly recommend. "

"Property was clean, great vibe, cute room, nice pool. I stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the hotel very much. Staff was extremely helpful, quick to resolve any issues. (The safe was not working. Housekeeping notified Maintenance and the issue was resolved within 20 minutes. Also needed a microwave, and staff brought one to my room within 10 minutes.) The pool area was very clean, with plenty of lounge chairs, towels, attendants for the drink and snack bar. Great atmosphere. I went to the pool a few times and enjoyed it. I had a burger with fries in the dining room. It was delicious. Also had a quick muffin and coffee. Both were great, but the coffee cake muffin was to die for. Would definitely go back."
