It was nice and cozy, the bed was alright. I wasn’t expecting much for a motel but it was pretty good. The only thing was that the cups in the bathroom haven’t been changed in a while. There was gunk and a dead moth but we were supplied with a bunch so we could replace it.

Wonderful hotel, lovingly renovated, extremely clean and well taken care of. Loved the deck and kitchenette. Would be best for travelers with a car, which I didn’t have, but I still enjoyed the stay.

Great view of the outer cape and Pilgrim monument. From a distance but a nice big view and sunset!! Great value for the low price!! Nice balcony. Good hot shower with great pressure!!

The little kitchenette came in handy. We asked the front desk for a lobster pot and they gave us one with a pie of metal tongs! Thanks It’s an older property yet very clean. We used the charcoal grill was great.

This was the 2nd time we stayed here, The rooms are clean and spacious. The kitchenette was great, we loved the balcony & view. We forgot something in the room and the owner called and said she will mail it back to us. Above & Beyond. Will be back.

This was my second or third time staying at the Cape View over the last 13 years or so. If you go into it with the proper expectations you will not be disappointed at all. It’s a budget-friendly option on the outer cape. There aren’t many of those. It’s not a luxury resort but it was very clean and well maintained. AC was great, kitchenette met our needs, the pool was bathtub warm on a windy and not hot day, and the staff were great. We came back one night and went over to the camp fire area to see if we could get something going. A staff member saw us and brought over some wood and kindling, and seemed genuinely happy to see us looking to sit out and watch the DNC next to a fire. He came back a few minutes later and handed us some wooden skewers and marshmallows to roast. They clearly get hospitality and I’d totally return.

The only thing that I did not like when we pulled into the parking lot was that there was not a clear OFFICE sign letting me know where to go to check in. The Office was basically an apartment for the Manager from what I could tell. I had to press a button to make contact and then she opened up to check me in. Just a basic sign would prevent a lot of confusion for a new Customer.

Gorgeous and very friendly motel. The pool was delightful and warm, the view was so nice and peaceful. Room was simple, nice, clean, comfy. Everything you could want. Definitely will be back!

Very good location, great view from our balcony room of Cape Cod Bay and Provincetown on a clear day. Very clean room, with a well-equipped kitchenette. Shann was a very good manager. Bathroom was small for 2 people. Would definitely go back if we needed a hotel on the outer Cape.

The view was really nice. Really close to everything . But just far enough away to relax at the end of day in quiet. The pool was refreshing after the beach. They had charcoal grill you could use and the kitchenette was amazing so we could bring back leftovers from dinner and actually put them somewhere. The owner was really nice too.
