Our beautiful updated villa and has all the bells and whistles! Professionally decorated with a classic feel and coastal flare, our home is the perfect setting for a premium vacation at the beach!

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

The Neighborhood:
- LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: RIGHT ON OCEAN DRIVE AND IN THE HEART OF THE TOP RATED CHERRY GROVE SECTION OF NORTH MYRTLE BEACH. Enjoy shopping, entertainment, and restaurants by the dozen – all walking distance or a few minutes away. Uber and Lyft are plentiful and incredibly affordable!

-WATER LOVER’S PARADISE: To say this resort has a pool is a huge understatement. Water lovers, this is the place for you! Not only is the ocean, but the resort features huge indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, a large lazy river, and even a festive kids water play area (with buckets of water that comically tip over and water that squirts out of the groud). Feeling adventurous? Rent a jet ski and cruise the scenic intracoastal waterway or charter a fishing boat - all just minutes away. What a vacationer`s paradise!

-AMENITIES GALORE: wireless internet throughout the resort, a poolside grill that has that much needed cheeseburger in paradise, a sauna on property, and a front desk staff that is as friendly as they are knowledgeable.

- MODERN, CLEAN, AND SAFE: this is an excellent property that has been very well maintained. You`ll always see someone washing windows or cleaning floors, and there`s on site security!

There is so much to do in this part of town, and you truly get the feel of being a local while still enjoying all the fun, amenities, and attractions that the beach has to offer. Enjoy an afternoon strolling down Main Street, stopping at the ice cream shops and boutiques along the way. Shop til you drop at the famous Barefoot Landing and Tanger Outlets, or play a relaxing round of golf. Walk over to basil`s and enjoy a slice of the best pizza on the beach, or walk down to Murphy’s on the Ocean, and enjoy the live music, tasty food, and cold beer -- bands from all over the region come here to play weekly! Wanting a night on the town? Try one of the countless fine dining restaurants or head out to a show!

Uber, Lyft, and taxis fast and affordable with tons of restaurants and entertainment offerings nearby.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.
1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.
2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
7. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.
