This property is amazing, the photos on their webpage doesn't do justices to the house. The ocean views are mesmerizing and the pool, hot tub and access to the beach truly makes it a wonderful vacation property. We had 17 people in our family from 10yrs to 74yrs old. The house is so large that we never felt on top of each other. The host was very prompt in communicating with us during our visit and resolved all our minor issues that we inform her about. We already planning to return on our next family vacation.

Beautiful home and nice location! house was dirty upon arrival, Pool and spa pump failed while we were there, kitchen sink faucet was falling out, garbage can under home full of trash, ceiling fans were wobbly and noisy, outdoor grill filthy, Pool table, foos ball table and air hockey table were in poor condition. Not even a broom on site to do some sweeping. This home is listed as "new" though it has been neglected! Definitely not what we expected for the money.

North Myrtle Beach Stay

There were 10 adults, 3 children and one infant in our party who slept at the property. But relatives living in Myrtle Beach came for dinner and hanging out at the beach. The Haven accommodated all of us and then some. There were more than enough bedrooms, each an en-suite and two powder rooms. More than enough. The kitchen had tons of plates, bowls, coffee cups and wine glasses. Silverware aplenty to handle a large group. Double ovens and dishwashers. The elevator was a blessing and worked just fine. When there was an issue with a door not locking, Sue and her team, were very responsive (on a holiday no less) and repaired the issue. The outdoor grill is needing some attention (didn’t get hot enough ) to cook on. NOTE: There is an additional fee for bed linens and bath towels. Overall, a lovely property that accommodated our family annual vacation and helped create memories. We would definitely stay again at The Haven in North Myrtle Beach!

Beautiful home

The house itself exceeded our expectations. It was large and very comfortable as well as beautiful. The view from the deck was truly beautiful. The street was busier than I expected. You could hear the cars and motorcycles from inside the house with the windows closed. The sidewalks in the immediate vicinity were not smooth, so walking places was difficult. The outdoor shower was also broken. The swimming pool and hot tub were magnificent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!

Siblings Retreat

This was our third year staying in this house. My siblings and I enjoy spending time here and being together under one roof. Being able to spread out in the large living areas is a plus for my family. The owner of the house is always available if needed and very nice. The hot water went out on one side of the house and the owner had it fixed in under an hour.

The AC didn’t work, up stairs was very warm couldn’t open windows, we went to grill out the grill would not heat up, The dish washer had not been cleaned out in a while we opened it it was awful the smell, we had repaire men coming to the house why we were there for our vacation, another thing is we had to pay for our sheets and towels never head of this before, it wasn’t cheap other then that beautiful spot loved it being on the beach but there is a lot along the ocean

Beautiful - Enormous House

Stayed here with some friends for a golf trip/bachelor party and it was better than we could have imagined. The house was enormous, every room had their own bathroom and the house was right on the beach. We watched some college basketball on the theatre screen. The elevator was a bit finicky, so we didn’t really use it, but other than that, the place was absolutely perfect. Would 100% come stay again.

Spectacular views and a beautiful home

We had the best time at this vacation home. The house is huge and was more than enough room for our group of 28 people. The kids had a blast in the theatre room and jacuzzi. My now husband and I had a beautiful/intimate wedding on the beach right out back. The owner of this house is a great communicator and very generous. Would definitely book again!

Girls Shopping Trip

This was our 2nd year staying here for our annual Girls Christmas Shopping Trip which we have been doing for 25 years. We always have 20-30 women going. This place is big enough for everyone to spread out and enjoy ourselves and very convenient to all our usual shopping places and restaurants that we enjoy visiting each year.

Our fourth stay! We love the Haven!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay at this ideal home with ample space to bring everyone together. With eight beautiful bedrooms, there is more than enough space for each guest to relax in comfort. The property is not only spacious but also thoughtfully equipped with amenities needed for our gatherings. The fully stocked kitchen make cooking a breeze, and the large dining area allowed us all to sit together for our holiday feast. The living areas are cozy yet open, making it easy for everyone to gather for fun games, and late-night conversations. Being right on the beach is a dream! We enjoy morning coffee with ocean views, walks on the shore. Love the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets are beautiful. Sue is responsive and very accommodating. We had an issue with the air conditioner that was addressed immediately and resolved quickly. Check-in and check-out are effortless. We felt genuinely welcomed and at the home. This property exceeds our expectations in every way, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. If you’re looking for a place to celebrate, connect, and create memories, this is it!

Gorgeous house but dirty

Great views and beautiful home but it was dirty when we arrived. The toilets had the “sanitized” stickers on them and looked clean but there were cobwebs, dirt and worst of all, ROACHES everywhere. The dining area has food on the rug as did the rug under the coffee table. Luckily there was a small vacuum but they have a central vac hookup so I’m not sure why it wasn’t vacuumed properly before check in. The bathroom next to the kitchen smelled like urine and had greasy fingerprints on the walls. There was a pile of dead roaches behind the door that goes to the garage, clearly someone swept them up into a pile and didn’t discard them. There were roaches on the main floor and in some bathrooms and bedrooms. We had to spend our whole first afternoon cleaning and then the next day we continued to clean since we were still seeing roaches and we also washed all towels and sheets because we were grossed out and not confident everything was clean. We even had to purchase a mop and cleaners since none were in the house. It put a damper on the whole trip because we were 6 families with 13 kids, a few very young ones who crawl and are prone to eating off of the floor. For the price you are paying the house should be SPOTLESS. We rent houses like this in NC and SC every summer and we’ve never come across a house as dirty as this one. Very disappointed. Whoever they pay for cleaning services needs to be replaced

Lovely Space perfect for Large Groups!

We had a large party of 14 adults and everyone had plenty of space to spread out - plenty of privacy and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen is great for group dinners - we invited a guest chef and this was super fun with plenty of space for 3 large courses! The pool table was fun, we could not find the foosballs for the table. We could not get the home theater to work but didn't call the host as it wasn't a big deal. The back porch was wonderful as was the 3rd floor balcony. The beds were comfortable - bring your own soft pillow if you like them soft! Overall it was a great location and a wonderful week, the host and management company were very responsive and accommodating - thanks Sue!

The house is amazing. We had a minor problem with air conditioner which was fixed immediately. I have rented houses on several beaches for our family vacation for fourteen years. This is by far one of the best!! The owner is extremely nice and easy to work with , house was clean, pool was great and our family of 15 had a great time.

Beautiful Home and location!

The home and location were stunning and there was more than ample room for our family of 13! The downside: We have rented vacation homes in the past and never had to worry about shopping for household supplies before the start of our vacation. Nearly as soon as we dropped our bags we noticed we were in need of toilet paper and kitchen supplies (paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and trash bags). We certainly 'did not expect a well-stocked supply closet' but having the bare necessities that would get us through the first couple of days would have been thoughtful and appreciated. Instead of enjoying our initial hours of arrival soaking up the home, ocean, hot tub and sunset we were hitting the local Walmart to get the aforementioned essentials. With that said, we have no regrets in our vacation rental. We LOVED our stay.

Great Beach House

Awesome place. Lots of seating inside and outside by the pool. Loved that every bedroom had it's own bath. Plenty of room to spread out. Love the 2 dining areas. Used one for food and the other for games.

Great House, NOT so much good about Property managers

The house was very good with the exception of the Theater Room, the top floor game room equipment and communication or lack of with the Host and the Real Estate Rental Company on problems we encountered. We could not get the theater room equipment to work (followed instructions) at all, had to have someone get the living room TV working. Told host and Elliott Premier Rental they sent someone the LAST day of our stay after waiting for 3 days. The game room pool cues had no tips and no caulk. The game machine had only one controller and no charger for the controller, reported this with NO response from anyone. The kids were disappointed with all of these short comings. The host always had to be asked "did you get my text/" after sending text about problems. When I called the Management company, they never answered the phone, just recorded messages and no way to leave a Voice mail. The host got them to call me once, the young man listened to my problems and then started Laughing, yes laughing. I asked him what he was laughing at, and he said, "I was Not laughing, I was giggling!". I ask him to have the Manager call me (he told me the man's name), he never called me. I would not rent this house or any house from Elliott Premier Rental in the future for all of these reasons. I feel I did not get what I paid for, and I feel that once they had my money, they did NOT care. Bottom line, Terrible Customer Service and we have been renting luxury vacation homes for over 30 years.

Siblings reunion

This was our second year renting the house for a siblings reunion. The house is spacious and held my 5 siblings and some of there children without a problem. The common areas allowed us to spread out without being on top of each other. The owner was very responsive and handled any problems that came up. My family looks forward to staying again year.
