Due to construction in the building, we ended up staying in a different, but similar, unit. It was a very nice condo with an outstanding view of the beach. The building facilities were terrific. Communication throughout was excellent.

It was wonderful but the corner unit next to us was extremely noisy in the late night hours until 2 and 3 in the morning. I almost complained at the time but let it slide.

Beautiful condo!

Our stay at Waterpointe1 was wonderful from the moment we opened the door. The condo is very well stocked with everything we needed for a perfect stay! Cleaned very well and decorated nicely. I have no complaints about this property or the management.

Fair Value Property

This property is exactly as described and pictured on the Vrbo listing. It was well equipped and clean. The condo itself is well positioned on the beach and within walking distance of Barefoot Landing, its restaurants and shops, and a few other restaurants. It is of course some ways from Mrytle Beach itself, but North Myrtle Beach has plenty itself to offer. We noticed a very strong sulfur smell in the hit water supply when we first arrived. It only took a quck call to the property manager who advise the apartment had not been occupied for quite some time and to run the hot water until the heater was drained (i.e., no more hot water coming). This we did and everything was fine after that. It was very easy to contact the property manager in the early evening and have this sorted. Overall, this was pleasant stay and a fair price.

Great Location

Location was perfect . It was near restaurants and lots of stuff to do with family . But still within 20 minutes of the main boardwalk that myrtle beach has to offer . Windy beach was not crowded one bit compared to other beaches I have been to in myrtle beach. My family spent of a lot of time at the pool. Would definitely stay at this airbnb again!

Very clean and just as advertised.

Property was very clean and had everything we needed and was close to so many great places to eat. Owner responded immediately to any questions we had and was very helpful. Great place to stay, I’d recommend to anyone.

Spring Break Trip

This property was perfect! There was plenty of room for the four of us. It was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The furniture and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the gorgeous ocean views and sounds. We would return to this property without hesitation!

Great Condo!

We loved staying at this condo. It was very clean and spacious for 5 people to stay in. We took advantage of both the indoor and outdoor pools. It has two walkways to get to the beach is a bonus too. It’s in a very convenient location and the staff was very nice and accommodating! We will definitely stay at WaterPoint again!

Myrtle Beach condo

It's an older building but well maintained, both the common areas and in the condo itself. The condo was well stocked with everything we could have needed. The manager was very responsive and pleasant when we had a minor issue with the air conditioning. Nice family beach area.

Great Family Vacation!

Spent the long weekend for July 4th with our kids and grandkids. Condo was well stocked with kitchen items, towels and beach gear. Hosts were prompt with communication. Would recommend this place for your family.

We were overall content with property & location. We appreciated the chair to take down to the beach. The only complaint would be how uncomfortable the mattresses were. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but only stayed 2.

Beautiful beach front stay

The condo is a great place to relax and have a beautiful view of the beach. It is compact in size but has what you need. The view of the beach is wonderful. The complex is clean and nice. Parking was easy, the area is safe. We truly enjoyed our time and would recommend staying.

Amazing week at the beach

We had an incredible time at the beach, and we can not express how grateful we are for Randy and the rest of the staff. The property was amazing, and you could tell everyone there truly cares about you having a great time. They went above and beyond for us. We left a sentimental blanket and they immediately got back with us and helped us get it shipped home. The location is perfect. You are right on the beach, and they have amazing amenities such as an indoor and outdoor pool. They had a 4th of July buffet, and even a shell painting night! We are 100% coming back next year. Thank you so much for everything.
