Hotels in North Gates

"When I arrived, they told me they didn’t have a room for me due to construction closing down 2 of their floors. They magically found a room after i was googling new options in their lobby for 10 minutes. The room they gave me was 85 degrees and it couldn’t be adjusted. There were bugs in the bathroom and stains on the walls. The elevator worked 25% of their time. Disaster."

"The staff was very nice and helpful. Very friendly people. The outlets in my room didn’t work, except by the sink and by the bed. The outlet in those lamps did not work at all. Also, the microwave in the coffee maker were not plugged in when I looked to see if there was an outlet near them now that coffee maker and microwave was on display like if it was Walmart because I couldn’t use them. However, I move the microwave and plugged it in to the outlet by the bed that was in the wall. Breakfast is really not up to par. We have those round premade eggs and a few bagels with sausage basket the waffle maker, but again the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the staff is friendly."

"One of the very best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The place itself was beautiful, the atriums really set the peaceful vibe. The indoor pool was the real reason we picked this place and it did not disappoint! The staff was beyond welcoming and helpful. This will be our pick every time in Rochester!"
