"Our first room we checked for bed bugs. While it may not have been a bed bug per se, it was a bug on the bed. E called the front desk and they came and brought new keys for a new room on a higher floor (which i requested). They said they would alert their maintenance to check the room thoroughly. They were quick to resolve our issue with kindness and an apology. They did say that sometimes with soccer, spring beetles from the turf do appear. Sir enough there were many soccer kids teams in the hotel that weekends for a tournament. The hotel breakfast is good and the staff is always friendly and accommodating."
