The hotel is close to Central Sofia. Safe enough and clean enough, but did not have a homey feel. I am sure that anyone staying for business or a function at the hotel will enjoy their visit. One minor thing that bothered me was when I turned on the TV it was tuned to an inappropriate adult channel. I'm glad that there were no children in the room. Perhaps housekeeping can turn on the TV and change the channel if necessary.
