We loved our stay here! The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary celebration truly special! We enjoyed the balcony and its view every day. The location was perfect - convenient for shopping, dining, and just a short walk to and from the promenade. The breakfast was also excellent!

It was a great hotel. We were eatly for the check in and the staff offered ys voffee and snacks and a place to relax. Also the breakfast which was extra was one of the best we had. It included a woderful srlecrion of breads, charcuterie and home baked goods as well as freshly squeezed juice.

Maybe I got really unlucky, but wow was this a terrible stay. First, my room smelled like body odor and diapers. I left the window open for a while and it still didn’t go away. Also the hot water wasn’t working - maybe that was a hotel issue or maybe something in the area, so maybe it wasn’t their fault. The drain in the shower didn’t work so it flooded the bathroom and seeped into the room when I took a fast, cold shower. The TV barely worked. The air conditioning wasn’t strong even when I put it on full blast. I booked the hotel last minute and it was a cheap option. I wasn’t expecting much but this was even worse than my basic expectations. The girls working the front desk were lovely and helpful and very friendly. They deserve a 10/10. But the room itself was garbage.

Very lovely staff! Anna, Fadha, forgive me for not remembering all your names! Had a larger room on 5 th floor. Elevator stops at 4 th floor- have to carry up from 4 th but no big deal for us. Nice breakfast daily. Staff were quick to resolve any needs/ shortcomings. Location good- right next to grocery store. Fahda gave good recommendations for French restaurant. Would stay here again.

Good hotel

The room was great. We had an amazing view of Main Street. It was warm in the room as the AC had not been in service yet since it’s only spring. Normally we would open the window, however just outside the balcony there was construction in the road. Jack hammers began working after dark. The front desk was very helpful with our needs. We walked to laundromat one day. It was safe, close, and clean. We went to Monaco another day. Train is very close and convenient. I would recommend this hotel.
