Unfortunately our toilet was not working and we complained the first afternoon after check in. We were accused of flushing something down the toilet every day of our stay. Maintenance tried to "fix" it every day after we complained, but my family had to use the toilet in the lobby several times. It was very frustrating to say the least. The staff tried to help, but obviously there was an issue and no remediation. After reaching out twice to hotel admin without response, I will have to reach out to corporate.

Only complaint was shower hardware was in pretty rough working condition and elevator did not work well at all. It rested on floor 3 rather than the lobby floor and took forever to come down even when no one was using it. Breakfast staff was really friendly.

Good experience, but watch out that they will hear

The place is clean and neat. Breakfast is bad. The coffee machine is great. Bed is not the best. The walls were poorly insulated so you can hear neighbors and pretty sure the neighbors can hear you. Privacy is not the best. The room is very clean so that part is covered. The elevator is very good. They have 2 so going up and down is not a problem. We had an issue in which there were not towels at the pool so we had to wait several minutes until they came with a load. Great location and parking.

I would stay again!!

Housekeeping staff was very friendly. All but one front desk clerk was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. Rooftop bar was fun.

During our stay there were three people at the reception desk working different shifts. One was super friendly, the other two seemed bothered when questioned about something. One night we asked about pool towels, he said somebody would be there, the person never showed up with towels. The breakfast was ok as that was expected being a continental breakfast. Saturday and Sunday they seem to have everything. the first day though a lot of the hot stuff was cold and Monday through Wednesday they had no Bagels. But after seeing some of the hotels closer to the falls I would definitely stay here again and was definitely glad i chose this one.
