Great for family. Our four year olds never got bored. So many things to do. The service is great. The lady at the kids club was absolutely fantastic. Our kids adore her and didn’t want to leave.

We had a great stay there! We took the all inclusives stays. It was good! Unfortunately, no height restriction for the slides was mentionned before booking, my son was too short and could not enjoy the slides, that was sad!

First of all, the hotel employees should take sanitary education classes immediately. I saw the employees in the restaurants do not clean the tablecloth after customers used. They just swing it and put it again on the table. They may not wash the tablecloth for a week or longer. I also saw a lifeguard on the poolside wash his foot by putting his foot into the pool. Second, the water pressure on shower is severely weak. It took forever to take a shower. Third, the food quality and taste is under average compare to other neighboring properties where serve all inclusive option. Lastly, avoid to visit here especially during the weekend. There are lots of Vietnamese visitors who conquer the restaurants, pools, and every places in the property. Severely over crowded during the weekend.

Incidentals Refund Not Returned

The hotel itself and the rooms are amazing, the hotel grounds are immaculate, it’s a great place to stay. However, when you stay there please do not give them your credit card to pay for the incidentals deposit. They took the money immediately, but I’m still waiting after 2 weeks for them to return my money, despite them confirming the transaction has been cancelled/refunded. 2 weeks and they still have my money, I confirmed with the bank that the refund is not pending currently.

Great for family retreat but not for business

It is a family resort. Too crowded at breakfast buffet even though it is a low season. Great variety of food for breakfast buffet. Comfortable room and bed but thin walls. Room service staff's hygiene in food handling was not properly trained. Feedback to hotel but no response from them.

Clean beach , good with children, good animation

It was good,nice place, good facility, clean beach, excellent animation team. Everyone can find what to do ( play volleyball or sunbathing all day :) up to you) very good with children, lots of them and they are in activities with animation team, cuisine is variety ( asia/ europe/ russia/turkey/vietnam)I would be happy come to this place another time. And thank you everyone who gave us nice vacation

Great resort by a beautiful beach

Wonderful hotel, great place to relax and enjoy. The resort was mostly visited by Russian tourists, and all the animation activities were geared toward these groups, but we enjoyed nonetheless. Food buffet was great. Beach is gorgeous and clean. Not much to do in the area but the hotel offers a shuttle to the city (Book in advance)
