Great rental, spacious, and prime walking location to the beach and town. Would definitely recommend!

Pleasant stay

We were pleased with the place that we stayed in. It is in a good location; walking distance from the beach and some restaurants. It was clean and organized however it would be great if it was more updated. There was recliners that were old and ripped

Good location near pier, 19th St beach and boogie boarding, surfing. Easy walking access to restaurants.Lot of street noise until early a.m. with bars nearby. Parking in unit garage only accommodates a compact car.

Fun summer stay with close friends. The 2nd story unit is 1970's style beach pad. Needs some updating. It's located near the pier party zone

Location location location

In the heart of Newport. Can’t recommend high enough. Will be coming back. Todd the host is phenomenal with communication. Thanks again Todd and see you back in June!

We had a great stay. We stayed in the upstairs unit. There were plenty of beds and bedding. There were more than enough towels for showering and the beach. They have chairs for the beach, which we didn’t end up using, but were in the garage. It was a little loud at night, but we were there during one of the busiest weeks after graduation. It is in a perfect location. You are close to many restaurants and the pier. My only complaint is the pillows weren’t great. We ended up buying some from Target, but overall everything was really good. I would highly recommend the unit.
