Cute place that is bigger than pictured. The bed was very comfortable. This place is close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

This place was amazing. Great location and the house had everything. Only gripe would be the noise produced by the upstairs guests, but that is certainly not something anyone can control. Would definitely stay here again.

Very close to everything you need. No need for a car if you’re only staying down on the Peninsula. Great location and great spot to spend a week in Newport Beach.

Enjoyed our 4 night stay and would recommend it for a 2 bedroom 2 blocks to the beach. We had no issues or noise associated with the upstairs neighbors. Would stay here again if in Newport Beach

Great location and comfortable house for a family of four! Enjoyed all the beach toys and supplies. Host was communicative. Would stay again. Only negative was the water pressure. Need some power to rinse all the sand off!

What a great place to stay! Very clean, comfy beds, plenty of space for a family of four. Location was great close to beach as well as grocery stores. Communication with are host was flawless and they were very accommodating!

Stay was great. Proximity to the beach was amazing. There were 2 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards and an umbrella in the garage which was great. Unfortunately it could use a new toaster as it only toasts one side of 1 piece of bread… but no big deal. The back room does smell a bit moldy, but overall it was a great stay and within walking distance to a ton of stuff…. Which is great because parking can be horrendous. Check in message did say I would get my door code 4 hours before check in, however when I called they said 2 hours. Small communication errors like that within the app were frustrating, but promptly taken care of with a phone call. Overall, would stay here again!

This was the perfect stay for 4 adults. The location cannot be beat, walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants. The beach is super close. The kitchen is well stocked. The only suggestion we have is to add some sort of storage in the second bedroom as there was nowhere to unpack other than hanging items in the closet.The communication with the rental company was top notch. We would totally stay here again.

Cute, clean and comfortable! It was great having the ensuite bathroom in the master and kids had their own bathroom. Even more spacious than it looks in photos, loved having use of the patio to hang out and such a short walk to the beach and shops! Open layout, perfect for hanging out with the family! Outdoor shower was great to have after being at the beach! Check-in and check-out was very easy, would definitely stay again!

Clean and convenient

The property is conveniently located near the sand, restaurants and Pavilions grocery. Thankfully there is an assigned parking space because street parking can be a challenge. The kitchen is well stocked (but bring all spices including salt). The bathrooms have little shampoos and soap and plush towels. The on site laundry is a plus. Beds were comfy. I only gave it 4 stars because it is a downstairs unit. The main living area for the upstairs unit is right above the master bedroom. No matter how polite your neighbors are, there will be noise - footsteps, garbage disposal, water running, etc. So bring earplugs and you will have a great time!

Perfect location for Newport Beach getaway!

We rented this place for our family of 4 for spring break. The location is PERFECT! It’s just a block and a half from the beach and a short walk from the grocery store and tons of restaurants and shops. The unit was nice and clean, with a super well-stocked kitchen. It was also really great having a garage, and I was able to fit my Subaru Ascent in the garage just fine. Property management was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. My only complaints are that the outlets in the primary bedroom are in kind of weird spots, so it was hard to plug in devices on the night stand. (Bring long cords!) Also, the secondary bedroom only had one night stand, so one of my daughters had to just leave her devices on the ground at night. Two other minor things were that the bathtubs were hard to plug and unplug, and the location of the light switch when you walk into the unit is clear on the opposite wall from the door. Overall though, we loved the place and would definitely rent it again!
