Thoughtfully designed with a contemporary beach aesthetic, the interior offers a stylish and comfortable setting for your Newport Beach getaway, with inviting living spaces and easy access to the shoreline.
LIVING & DINING AREA: The open living space features a large L-shaped sofa, flat-screen TV, and a wall-mounted A/C unit for added comfort. The adjacent dining area includes a table with seating for four, creating an ideal space for gathering and relaxing.
OUTDOOR LIVING: The front ocean-view patio is designed for enjoying the coastal setting, featuring a dining table with seating for six, a market umbrella, a cushioned conversation area, and a propane gas BBQ grill.
KITCHEN & AMENITIES: The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, along with all major and small appliances for convenient meal preparation. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Laundry: Shared laundry facilities are located in the garage. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies. Please note that if a vehicle is parked in the designated garage space, access to the laundry area may be limited.
Parking: One designated space in the single-car garage, suitable for small to mid-size vehicles only (81" H x 90" W x 195" L), accessed via the rear alley. Street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.
Pets: Only dogs are considered. Number of pets, size, and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.

Overall, we loved the place! Very clean, great layout and great location. Sometimes you can hear tenant above and renters/locals were loud at times outside. Ways to improve would include fixing the ice maker, replacing worn out bath towels with ones that are more reflective of the rest of the place.

Had some last minute friends come west from NYC. Luckily found this super awesome house available. Clean wonderful location easy checkin. The AC was MUCH appreciated! Super clean with plenty of towels + comfortable beds. Would recommend this place 100%

Easy beach access
Great property and location. Very clean. Easy communication with property management. Has a nice kitchen. The one parking spot worked well for us but if you plan on having other people with cars come visit they will have a tough time finding parking, just the nature of the area. One thing to consider with the showers is changing to a removable/handheld shower head to make it easier to wash younger kids/toddlers since there are no bathes.

We were completely amazed at the cleanliness and location of this home! Thank you for adding all of the little items in the kitchen! The patio area was a huge plus with the grill and seating areas..maybe add a firepit table for the cooler months?? Thank you again, we will definitely be returning!

13th Birthday Celebration
We live in Calabasas, our family lives in OC. Our daughter wanted to spend her 13th birthday on the beach and surrounded by family.
This home was a perfect meeting point, and we had a fabulous visit. Everything was perfect!
