Holiday Inn Express Hartford – Newington, by IHG
4/5 Good
"The property is very nice and clean. The guest room was also nice and clean. However, the microwave was missing. When I asked the person at the front desk, I was told that that the microwaves were missing in several guest rooms and on order. I used the microwave in the kitchen / breakfast area instead of having one in my own room. The staff members are accommodating. I had an issue with the television in my guest room and the gentleman at the front desk attempted to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the problem could not be resolved, and I was not able to watch the programming that I like during my stay. Even though I connected to the hotel-offered WiFi, the cell phone service was unreliable during my stay. I had to stand next to my window to have decent service. The breakfast offered by the hotel was very good. It was nice to have coffee and hot tea available in the lobby all day."
