worst place to stay

This place was very terrible for us. As a couple. There was no ventilation of air. We were struggling with air. Also, the door was broken. Actually, the door lock. Also, the neighbourhood was not not friendly. As the bathroom and the kitchen smells very bad. and also I vote for an another location in the last minute. They said that the room is not available and they shift us somewhere else to another place which I didn’t like which was far away from my place, but at that time we didn’t have any money and any option, so we have to like we have to accept it because if we cancel the booking, then we have to wait for the refund, and we don’t have any place to stay then so we have to accept the offer accepted that we would say they at the end place, but it’s not. It was worst worst.

The manager is very nice, but there are Marijuana smoking from other rooms, messed up the good feeling, I had headache.

While we did arrive quite late, the code provided for the lock box was incorrect. Luckily, the owner was available by phone to provide the correct one right away. The lighting on the stairs kept going out and the numbers on the lock box were hard to read at night. With all the keys being alike, it was hard to find the right one for the many locks that had to be opened. The keys should have been labeled. The refrigerator was not clean, nor were the window sills or the blinds. The bedroom needed a lamp for the table and the TV was in a strange place relative to the bed. No on-site parking was available (the one spot was taken.) Air fresheners were plugged in to every room, yet there was still the smell of smoke or pot or incense. There was a lot of trash out front. There was not individual control of temperature, other than opening the window, which allowed street noise to be more easily heard. The bedroom was too narrow for the bed, not allowing entry from both sides. Only two bath towels were provided.

Ao chegar, tive que fazer um depósito de garantia, no valor de 250 dólares e que não estava anunciado. O pior é que não foi devolvido ao final da estadia. Não sei de quem cobrar essa devolução.

so sorry

I arrived and only stayed an 2 hours, there were people in the room next to me and I could hear their co versation and movement... didn't know and I could have missed it but it was shared bath. I decided to book a hotel with more privacy, emailed the owner that I wasn't staying, left keys in box, asked if there was any chance for a partial refund and all he said was "so sorry" was prepared for the lost but a better response would have been appreciated.

The area was a bit shady. Good luck parking as its just hope to find a spot on the street somewhere. No smoking inside is expected, but no smoking outside while on property is different. Have to go outside gated area onto sidewalk. Parked 1 block over 1 of the 4 nights. No AC or fan in room. No coffee as shown in pics. Also, mentions shared kit hen but doesn't mention shared bathroom. Waited 20 minutes at door and had to message owner on app, call, and text before getting a reply. Then they acted like it was strange I couldn't get in when no lock box code was given in advance or instructions of any kind. Not a bad place, mostly clean but wouldn't stay again.

The area around the property has rough roadsides that are quite bad for luggage, but the actual property itself is decent. The host was exceptional friendly and helpful when contacted, overall a decent place.
