Rooms are extremely small. My husband kept hitting his leg on the corner of the bed because there is literally barely any room to walk. Strange bathroom set up. Hard to find any privacy while using the restroom. Staff was extremely nice.

Perfect place to stay for San Gennaro. We walked right into Little Italy. The dining and entertainment options are excellent but you have to be ok with very small rooms with very little privacy.

Lots of little stuff annoyed me. The beds were small. The shower leaks water all over the room. The curtains were not well-maintained, so light came in. There was one tiny trash can in the whole place. You had to turn on all of the lights to turn on the bathroom light. That's annoying for those who are trying to sleep. I won't be staying there again.

A good hotel. Very clean, quiet, well maintained and secure. Air con can be turned off and the windows open. Rooms are small, partly because the shower/toilet are too big. When you need to unpack the suitcase it can feel cramped but generally its ok. Didn't find a hairdryer but could be hiding somewhere
