We had to ask that the filters be replaced for the refrigerator and the air handler. Way over due. Then we had to ask that they clean the back 2 bedrooms. The windows had black mold all over them. They came and cleaned the windows and area around the windows but I noticed the bedrail next to window also had black mold on it but it wasn’t cleaned. Also want to inform you that our keys for the condo had air tags attached to them. attaching an AirTag to keys you use for a rented condo is generally unacceptable, as it can be considered a violation of your privacy and, if done without consent, constitutes illegal, actionable electronic stalking. Landlords are entitled to secure their property, but tracking your location outside the premises violates your right to quiet enjoyment. We removed the air tags and left them in the silver plate where the keys are.
