Unit and property were beautiful. Booked right before hurricane Milton. Specifically called to inquire about damage to the unit and amenities. I was told everything was in good working condition. However hurricane Milton broke the pool and Hot tub heater, which mgt company should have known and told us about. We only had hot tub and pool use 2 out of 7 day stay. I understand there was a natural disaster but this should have been disclosed when I inquired. We also had a random service man show up at our door wanting to fix thermostat, and we didn't have an issue or make a call. That left 4 women feeling very uneasy for the remainder of our stay. Mgt company felt our inconvenience was worth $150, not even the price of 1 nights fee. The owner needs to hire a new mgt. Company.
