Old and broken down and dirty

Old-Broken-and needs update.the door broke would not lock we were there two weeks and afraid to leave the mattress smelled and looked like it was 20years old they put a foam cover to hide how bad it was the furniture was old and dirty BAD!

Wonderful ocean front place

My family (two kids) had a wonderful week staying at this condo. The short walk to the beach was amazing and the beach essentials they had on hand (beach chairs, boogie boards, beach toys) was a huge plus since we flew in from MA. The ocean front view and the patio was amazing in the mornings when sipping on coffee. A truly beautiful spot! The kitchen was equipped with everything needed for the week! Lovely place! Thank you!

Great place on the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and SUPER close to the beach—no elevators or bridges the beach was just through the door. The covered parking is a plus too. All in all we were thrilled with the place.

Lovely Seaside Beach Condo

Very comfortable and clean. Spacious. Well appointed with amenities. Everything you may need. Very cute beach-theme decor throughout. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping. Great location to view rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. Beach is pristine white sand and water is clear. Prompt communication regarding rental and property information throughout booking stay. Don’t wait, book this unit today. Would definitely recommend for your special beach getaway.

What a View!!!!!

For our first staycation I must say this place was absolutely gorgeous. Let’s start with the parking. Steps away from the entrance. The check in details were easy to follow. Walking into the property, Wow! Very clean. Bright, beautiful decor. Opening the shade to the balcony to see the beach was breathtaking. I used my travel mattress cover over the sheets for the beds and my own towels and plastic cups just not to use the amenities or get charged extra. The beach is private, not congested and the pool was clean. Again both only steps away. We walked the beach day and night and watched the sunrise from the balcony. The locals are friendly and food, shops, Denny’s was exactly 12 minutes away. My complaints would be how loud and close the AC unit is to the master bedroom. We woke up to a water bug the next morning on the ceiling. And the bottom lock to the front door was always loose and hard to lock at times. I would recommend this property. You will not be disappointed. Did I mention the view? stunning!

This was exactly what was advertised. Cozy, easy and directly on the beach. My family and I enjoyed our stay and the instructions sent was easy to follow. This condo was clean and in order. Felt like home. 5 stars all around. Will return given the opportunity.

Great week with family

The location is perfect. Beautiful furnishings and updated throughout. Plenty of kitchen supplies. The master bed was so comfortable I’m wishing I could find out the name of the mattress topper. We had a wonderful week.

Perfect beachfront vacation

This beachfront condo is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you need for your stay. The pools and facilities are very nice and well maintained. You have perfect views of the ocean from the unit and balcony. The location is great and on the quieter no-drive beach. An easy drive to Flagler and walk to Chases' on the Beach. Communication was great and easy to work with. We will stay here again!

Perfect family-friendly destination, peaceful clean condo community

This New Smyrna Beachfront location was ideal for our family of 4; the condo was well decorated, including all of the amenities we needed. The kids loved the pool and the easy access to the beautiful sandy beach. We enjoyed our morning and evening beach walks and the friendly residents of the Beach Colony community.
