Pros: The location was top notch as was the outdoor common areas. The inclusion of beach chairs and towels is awesome too. The room was comfortable with average amenities. I enjoyed being in a small, quiet property. The proximity to the beach was phenomenal. Walking to restaurants and shops was also ideal. Cons: Crawling into the bed for the first night was met with sand in the sheets. Very, very unwelcome. After seeing the on-site machines being used to do laundry, I think they either can’t keep up with the workload of a beach environment or need a serious cleaning. The water took a very long time to heat up in the shower and the water pressure was less than ideal. Also, the shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower wouldn’t dispense (batteries dead??) and so we had to unscrew the lid to get the product out. Overall, I would still recommend staying at this property. For me, the pros outweigh the cons and I feel some of the cons would have been resolved if I had complained, which I didn’t. Given our short stay (2 nights), I just wanted to enjoy our time there. And we did!

We loved this adorable boutique inn! Super location, right on the beach, with lovely views and excellent outdoor space between the building and the beach. Great bed and shower, too. It’s 1950s retro cute, with thoughtful remodeling, decor, and upgrades. And, with just 5 rooms, it’s carefully attended to by friendly, helpful staff, eager to make guests as comfortable as possible. We hope to return to this special little hotel next year.

The rooms were clean. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean and modern. Nice to have outside chairs. So close to the beach. Relaxing. Yet close to the action and that is good and bad depending on the reason you are there. Lots going on. So close to the restaurants and shops. It was quiet in the room. Overall a delight!!

Beautiful decor in room! Beautiful outdoor area close to beach with nice outdoor furniture, walking distance to Flagler ave.

Beach front is a pro Bed is horrible “luxury” by no means. Adequate no real work space.

We booked at the last minute ... we wanted to be right in the heart of NSB but were a little worried this might be an old tired property. How wrong we were. What a little gem! 5 rooms, parking out front, right on the beach which a courtyard area as beautiful as the pictures on the website. Room was pristine and beautifully well done.

Enjoyed my stay very much. The only issue was the a/c in the room did not keep it cool during the night.

I'm sorry that we did not meet your expectations on "luxury". I appreciate your feedback. I do get a lot of compliments on my beds, pillows, and linens. People want to buy them all the time! Sorry it did not work out for you ~
