Extremely clean hotel, updated facilities, directly across the street from a hospital. Parking is a bit steep but I understand why given the location. It’s a really nice hotel and I had a very nice stay. One suggestion would be for the hotel to have hot water available. The Keurigs in room don’t make plain hot water and every time I asked it seemed like a big inconvenience for the staff. Don’t understand why there wasn’t a simple carafe for people so we could help ourselves and avoid bothering the staff. I will say it also seemed like not enough people were working here. Everyone was lovely but there were too few people. Otherwise, a perfect experience.

First time staying at this hotel and I am happy to announce.The hotel was phenomenal.Great service very clean outside was bright and clear.Access to the hotel was wonderful. My hotel room was awesome.It was clean.The bathroom was clean.The bed was fresh.The countertops were sparkling and shiny.The towels were very soft and plush, there was. Nothing that I needed.I did not get. It was a pleasure for me to stay at this hotel and giving the opportunity for me to spend time with my family and friends.I will visit this hotel again and again.During my future stays in new haven.

Parking was great, although we paid for late check out and was charged an additional fee because we didn’t check out at 11:30. Also, housekeeping did a great job with providing a clean room-but did not know we had late check out and attempted to come into our room at 10:00am. At check out, the front desk didn’t even make eye contact or care.

The front desk charge for food with out verify. I did not purchase from there. She charged me fee for food. They assume whoever stat they eat food where eat or not. Double check your receipt before you leave the counter.

I recently stayed 5 nights in a king suite at this beautiful hotel, and overall, my experience was mostly positive. The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the service from the staff was truly excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. However, I did notice a foul smell coming from the bathroom that lingered throughout my stay. It was unpleasant, but I chose not to report it or change rooms because I don’t like dealing with confusion or disruptions during my trips. Aside from that issue, everything else was top-notch. If the bathroom issue is addressed, this would easily be a 5-star experience. I would consider staying again because the customer service and overall comfort were outstanding.
