The hotel is renovated and clean. Front desk staff is friendly. The room condition is Al’s good, only the mattress is not comfortable and kind of in soft side quality.

Very noisy rooms, loud traffic noise in the room. Strange light( perhaps fire detector) blinking over the bed all night. Weirdly shaped pillows. New hotel, it could have been nice if the used better building materials.

This was a beautiful hotel I had a problem with a overcharge from the restaurant inside rhe hotel. The hotel staff wasn't helpful in trying to resolve this problem I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company

Hotels in New Haven are pricy and outdated. This one is the exception. It looks brand new, very contemporary design, and it is very well priced. The room was comofrtable and modern, I got a corner one with two windows, which makes it very bright. I also had a nice desk, very convenient for work. It is a little more far away from Yale, but it is worth the 10 minutes walk. The only thing I would have liked is to have free breakfast

I did not like the fact that there’s hair on the towels, bedsheets and also on the floor. If I was not there with my husband I would think he The bedsheets have stains on them. There was no microwaves in the rooms. I stayed in this hotel 2 years ago and it was amazing when I stthus time, I found out that the quality was not that good.

This is our third stay at the Cambria. This go round was not amazing as usual. The pillows were hard bowling balls and the guest in our floor were extremely loud throughout the night.

Furnishings were nice. On the negative side: hair in room on bed and in bathroom. Water jug in gym was empty. Sanitary wipes in gym not available. Showers are slightly warm, not hot. In room smoke detector flashed green light all night.

Bathroom Disappointment

**Review:** The hotel was disappointing due to poor cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. The bathroom, especially the shower, didn’t have great detail paid to it. I cleaned the bathrolm myself. Housekeeping clearly didn’t pay enough attention to detail. For the price, I expected much better hygiene. Would not recommend unless improvements are made.
