This hotel is wonderful it has one of the best breakfast buffet that I have tried. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Bedroom very spacious and clean and has one of the best views to see the hot air balloons.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Hotel clean, room clean. I stay 4 nights at room 304, I like the balcony, you can see air balloons from there. A little noisy at night if you are light sleep, you can hear everything outside and next doors, even though closing all windows. The air- condition is good but the light of numbers temperature too bright. The breakfast is not for us, but it is okay, hotel near town, we walk there to eat, a lot of food. No elevator. I like the hotel terrace. Still recommend to stay here if you don’t like to deal with all the hotel up hill.

This was our first time in Goreme, very memorable hotel experience. The staff was very helpful right as we walked in, the hotel was clean, neat, beautiful rooftop terrance, breakfast daily was excellent. Would love to stay here again.

It was a great experience staying at the Osmanli Capadoccia hotel, it is a great property in great price. The roof top breakfast is very good, the Afghan chef took great care of us and served amazing food. Highly recommend this place, we stayed in an overly expensive cave hotel for two night before moving to Osmanli, we should have moved earlier and save $$.

The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful, specially a young lady, whose name I don’t remember, who helped my wife in making the right decisions. She was very knowledgeable, well mannered, pleasant, a great listener, and overall very helpful. Breakfast was great, with many options. The terrace was a great place to have breakfast and watch balloons and sunrise. All in all a great experience!!!

You can’t go wrong with this hotel. It’s right next to a Turkish bath place where u can pamper yourself! People are friendly, helpful, and so much food for breakfast. Nice pool too if the weather is warm. About 15 minutes walk to the city center.
