Our room was fantastic... carved into the hillside with a large bed and generous bathroom. The staff were excellent, and helped us in a particularly difficult situation when our bank froze our online accounts. They were able to arrange a call for us to the bank, as well as give advice for tours, etc.. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

This was easily one of my favourite hotel environments ever. The room was extremely lovely and comfortable and so unique in the cave. It was easy to walk to all of the restaurants and shopping districts in the city. Lots of activity all around the hotel. Hilal and her staff we extremely helpful and accommodating to help with airport transfers and tour bookings. So lovely and would definitely go back if visiting again.

I recently stayed at a charming cave-style boutique hotel - the Niche Hotel in Cappadocia, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like part of the family—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. They even went out of their way to assist me with a tire pressure warning issue on my car, which was such a relief during my travels. The hotel itself is cozy and full of character, carved into the rock in true Cappadocian style.
