The staff are incredible! Very helpful in helping me plan my solo three day trip. They were ready to help me with anything at anytime. The pool is open 24 hours which was very unique, even if I didn’t use it in the evenings. Breakfast is great, very nice selection of food.

Everyone at the property was so friendly and pleasant. ahmet and harun were so so sweet and very helpful with all inquiries. the pool was great and very well maintained. our rooms were super clean . only thing is the AC wasnt strong enough for what we usually like. I would totally reccommend. also location was amazing!! right near the hill to watch the balloons/sunrise and close to many many restaurants and coffee shops. and a 20 min walk to the open air musuem and 5 mins to the bus station!

Lovely Ambience

Its a lovely hotel with good ambience. But if I were u I would insist on the rooms in the cave as not the entire hotel is in the cave. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities. A great place and very near the caves viewing point. The breakfast restaurant had great views. But the breakfast spread was ok. There was only one lady behind the counter so it took a while before the omelette or pancakes would get ready. But very friendly staff.

Not a real cave hotel but it was nice

The hotel wasn’t really a natural cave, it was a made up brick building with rooms that looks like a cave. The bed was hard as is common in Turkey but you will get used to it. The room we stayed in had broken bathroom shower, missing both shower door which was pretty annoying but I can’t speak for the other rooms conditions. Breakfast was mediocre when compared to other Turkish budged hotels. For the price it was really nice staying there as it was quiet, comfortable and great price.

The staff was very welcoming, but we did have some issues with credit card charges. The pool area was beautiful, even though it was too cold to enjoy. We loved the excursions, but found out later that the pottery stop was way overpriced.

Please stay well away Worse hotel honestly and i’m not the one to usually easily make effort to write a negative review and affect someones business but these people did not make the smallest effort to make up anything up to us. They dont care about customer service just about taking your money: - the hotel room was damp a d full of mould so dont bother booking the jaquzzi rooms because u will end up with a room that can cause u major health issues and pay close to 1000tl a night if not over i have asthma and was almost going have an asthma attack had to get out for fresh air - The room bedsheets stink of rotten due to the dampness dont be fulled when they tell u is the cave smell it isnt because we were offered a room 3 x smaller than what we paid for also cave room does not smell one bit - If u are not happy and complain about the room they will move u to a budget room and not bother reimbursing any of the hotel room standard difference - They are crooks so dont fall for their ‘ good price on tours’ as if u go out and negotiate with agencies in the city centre you will get half the price for the same tours - Also please note u don’t get any wifi unless ur on the ground floor rooms so expedia has mis-sold i have also communicated that back to them Bear in mind this was our honeymoon and they did not give us the slightest care or attention. We were promised to be offered an alternative offer and nothing!

Lovely quiet hotel with great hospitality

Room was incredibly clean and hotel is a short walk away from Goreme town center. Easily accessible place. No lifts in the building. The Hotel only has a handful of rooms with a nice little terrace (we didn't need it as we could see the hot air balloons from our room window in the mornings!). The breakfast spread is authentic and lovely. Very cosy place. The hotel owner is a very friendly chap and is always willing to share tips and help you with booking day trips. I would return to this hotel if I come to Cappadocia. :)

All the staff were very friendly and efficient but a special mention to the ladies who served breakfast - they were outstanding.in their cheerful service. We didn't have a actual cave room, but that was probably because I was very late booking and that was all that was left. Having said that, the room was very pleasant and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The position of the hotel was very convenient for the town, just about a 150metres walk to the main street with all it's restaurants.
