Neville Island Vacation Packages

Very nasty, dirt all over the walls, ceilings were gross. Not kept up when it comes to housekeeping. We were able to be placed in another room due to smell but man it was rough.

Originally when showing up, they had changed my reservation to split up our stay for my step daughters sweet 16 day. Booked a 2 bedroom executive suite, got told that I was getting 2 1 bedroom suits instead. They did end up switching us back to the room that I booked and paid for, then had to ask management the following day about parking a second vehicle. Outside of those smaller hiccups, was a great location and room size was awesome. We did pay for the PNC park view and that was great as a Pirate's fan. Would definitely stay there again once all the construction and updates are done.

Our stay was good, clean room, great staff, restaurant was good, loved the fitness center, wished the pool would have been warmer.

My go to hotel when I’m in Pittsburgh. Easy to get to, parking garage right below the hotel, and great location with a ton of places within walking distance.
