Perfect house for our family beach vacation!

Great location, right across from the beach access ramp. Clean, and well maintained. We loved this house. Plenty of room for our 8 adults and 4 kids. The pool was an added bonus. We will definitely look for it again when planning a visit to Navarre Beach.

Amazing property with easy access to the beach and a private pool. The property management was highly responsive to our questions and needs. Overall a wonderful experience for our family and we highly recommend.

Clean and good location

House was clean. Rooms were spacious. Location was directly across from beach entrance and beach was clean and not too crowded. We did have to contact the management company because the outdoor shower was not working and they responded quickly and fixed it immediately. The only thing I would suggest as an improvement is that a house of this caliber should have a gas grill.

Beautiful Stay

The home and location are BEAUTIFUL. Upon arrived we had some minor issues with the home, but when we messaged the owner he was very quick to respond, friendly and helpful in sending cleaners out, as well as stopping by himself to address our concerns. A few things I wish I had known up front are that several necessities are limited or not guaranteed to be there such as hand soap, toilet paper & paper towels. We also found need for a baby gate as the living area is on the 3rd floor with no way to close off the stairs. We ended up buying a cheap one but it was a hassle to set up and take down constantly and we would definitely wait until our babies are able to manage stairs independently before visiting here again. The bunk room description was slightly misleading as it said that there are full/twin bunk beds, when really they are twin size on the top and bottom. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay and the kind homeowners.

Perfect !

We absolutely loved this place! Super clean, very comfortable. There were beautiful views from every balcony. The owners are very attentive and quick to respond. If you travel with small children , I would pack a baby gate … the stairs became an issue with the 2 year old.

Perfect Beach House!

We have stayed in the Pensacola/Navarre area for many years as a family, and this was our favorite beach house. The location is perfect, and the layout of the home is great for a family. There was plenty of space, and the unobstructed views of the Gulf and the Santa Rosa Sound were incredible.

Wonderful vacation in a wonderful house

We had the best time. We had 9 adults and 5 kids ranging from 3 to 16 years old. We never felt like we were on top of each other in this house. The house was beautiful, extremely clean and a great distance from the beach. We are already booking again for next year! Can’t wait. Thanks so much for making our family vacation so special!

Our best house yet!

This was our third year coming to Navarre Beach and we've tried a different house each year. This house was by far the best that we've had! Location was perfect, as close as we could be without being "on the beach". Directly across from a beach access! House had enough space for our family of 8 adults and 5 children. Everyone had their own room. Having an elevator made arriving and leaving that much easier also. Views were spectacular on the large front porch(es)especially. And I absolutely love whales so the decor was delightful! 😊

Fabulous time

Beautiful home and perfect accommodations for our group. Parents and teens enjoyed the ease of access to both the beach and sound. The only thing that would be be beneficial for a home that sleeps this large of a group would be a second refrigerator/freezer or an ice maker. Other than that, it was fabulous!

Best Time Ever!

This property and location are top-notch! The owners are humble in their description as the pictures don't tell the true story of how spectacular this property is! We rented this for my 60th birthday so the whole family could come and boy it was a special time! You won't regret staying here!

Amazing girl's trip!

Five exhausted nurses came for a girl's trip to this property, and it could not have been better. The view is serene, the walk to the beach is literally just across the street, and the beach was not crowded by high-rise condos. It was a wonderful trip, and we hope to be back here!

Family vacation at the beach

The views from the property are gorgeous. The size of the house is great. We had 10 people vacationing and never felt like we were on top of each other. We loved the multiple balconies to choose from-top gulf side was the favorite. So spacious. The house had every amenity we needed. And the chairs/umbrellas/beach toys that came with the place were also used and loved. We brought a baby gate with us to block the stairway at the top floor. So glad we did! That is the only recommendation I have to bring with if babies/toddlers are coming with you. It was a great family get away and we highly recommend the house.

Hands down the best house at Navarre!

Cousins Reunion Went Perfectly!

The home was perfect for our cousins reunion. We didn't bring spouses, and it handled 9 individual adults just fine! And the elevator helped with bringing in food and with one cousin that has mobility issues. Huge kitchen and living room. Every utensil, bowl, pot, etc that we needed. Well stocked. Several beach chairs and boogie boards available to use, too! Thanks to the owner for communicating very well. We'll gladly stay here again.

Seas The Day Excitement

This property is well maintained and fully equipped with just about anything you need including but not limited to beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, grill, outdoor shower, bikes, cozy furniture, and a fantastic kitchen. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning because there is not a house in front of it on the beach. It's beautiful inside and out. The property owner is awesome and will help you immediately if you ever encounter a problem. My family and I go back each year. We love it!

See you next year!

We had 11 people and this was a perfect number for the house. The home is gorgeous and the views fantastic. It was so easy to get to the beach and all other activities. The traffic getting off the bridge was heavy at rush hour into the evenings but not other times. My 85 year old mom enjoyed the balconies and living room, and there was plenty to do for our four year old granddaughter and everyone in between. We loved it and hope to visit Seas the Day again.
