This luxury 14th floor condo with 3 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations with an office onsite.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more.

Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view and an outdoor dining option.

The kitchen is fully equipped to cook a full meal or snacks. Guests will find cookware, dinnerware, glassware and more. Small appliances include BOTH a Keurig AND drip type coffee makers, crock pot, blender, microwave, etc.

This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; 1 King in the primary ensuite, 2 Queens in the second bedroom, and 2 Twins in the third bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably. Each bedroom is equipped with a television.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value.

Upon arrival, guest will find a customized gift and three parking permits.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of America in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water.

Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Base rates are for up to 6 guests. Extra fees apply for more than 6 guests. We do not allow large groups or parties at any time in the unit. Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed. The exterior front door area of this unit is monitored by a RING camera.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items on a first-come, first-served basis. To borrow one, please call to reserve in advance. Call our office prior to arrival to reserve.
