Fabulous, spacious condo with a spectacular Gulf view. The condo had everything that we needed for our stay. Beautiful beach right at our doorstep. Highly recommend!

Great vacation spot

Everything was great and we enjoyed the stay. Only issue was with a faulty door lock but this was resolved promptly by property management.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visited in mid September and the weather was beautiful. The water was a perfect temperature: warm enough to swim, but not too hot. There were 3 great restaurants within walking distance. All three had excellent food, live music and no wait for a table!

The entire trip went smoothly and the condo was very clean and had everything we needed plus some!! The only suggestion I have is a laundry basket for the laundry room. We will definitely stay here again!! The beach and condo were great!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved it as always! Beach Colony is awesome and the amenities are the best! We had complimentary chairs on the beach, great beach style furniture, new houseware and cookware, which we appreciated, and it was furnished perfectly for our need for the week. A couple of minor things missing that would have made our stay beyone 5 stars: Amazon Firestick available for all TVs, wooden utensils, a tea kettle, and a cutting board

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: AWESOME! Linda Kelson went "above and beyond" to arrange our reservation. Our accommodations in 7A in Beach Colony East were perfect for our needs. We had a fantastic view of the Gulf, and, while the weather didn't cooperate 100% of the time, we were able to enjoy a wonderful Family Gathering and reunion. Having only one elevator operational for the first few days was a minor inconvenience.

It had a nice big balcony with a great view of the ocean. The condo was clean and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The management was very attentive and responsive to any needs we had.
