Fantastic bungalow just blocks away from Middle Tennessee State University and a stones throw away from some of the best restaurants Murfreesboro has to offer. There is plenty of room to relax with your friends and/or family! Come see what Murfreesboro has to offer!!

Once booked you will receive a welcome email from the property manager, Seth. You will also receive information about things to do and places to go right before your stay. The day of, you will receive check-in/out instructions. At anytime, if there is a questions, you will have a direct communication with Seth via, phone, text or email, whichever is best for you!

Being centrally located and close to Middle Tennessee State University, there are plenty of restaurants and activities close by!

You will have access to everything the home as to offer, including a nice sized backyard!

The home is only a few years old. It has a very spacious feel with the open floor plan. With a nice size backyard, there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out!

Visiting my Father-in-Law

The house is great, the neighborhood is friendly and convenient to getting around the town. The only reason I gave 4 stars on the accuracy of the listing is because they have remolded and the furniture in the picture isn't up to date, as of 4/2025. The house is lovely, also the newer furnishings, the fenced in backyard is great for kids to run around. Also, Seth was very easy to get ahold of when there was a small issue with the front door, and he had already fixed the problem, it was me that hadn't seen his new message.

Little House on Reid Ave.

This house was amazing for the cost. Very clean, and very well thought out storage of toiletries, closets, and drawers for foldable clothes. Love the rugs and lighting throughout. Neighborhood not the best, but never felt unsafe at all. I will definitely stay here again when all of our family is in town!

Totally renovated beautiful home!

This place was amazing! It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and every inch of the place has been renovated. New floors, new countertops, new kitchen, new bathrooms. You will not be disappointed and having the laundry room was awesome.

A few friends and I stayed in bungalow for a conference. Very clean unit. Easy check in/ check out process. Rental pricing was a little over priced. Did not care for the neighborhood.Homes were too close, I like privacy. Parking area was tight. Over all 3.5/ 5

The home is super cute. The property manager is also fantastic. I was shocked when we entered the neighborhood. I guess that was poor research on my part. I wish this cute little home was in a different neighborhood. But overall we enjoyed our stay very much.
