Beautifully renovated historical home in the hottest location Nashville has to offer. The home has a private back yard with large two story decks and gas grill. A public dog park/playground is located just across the street. Perfect for the kiddos and dogs.
Dogs are welcomed. Maximum 2 dogs. $50/dog/stay

We provide hotel like amenities and house is stocked with all your basic needs as well as lots of extras including complimentary coffee. The house sleeps up to 12 guests.

FIRST FLOOR includes Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Laundry, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

The home was the most well appointed rental I have experienced in my travels. They had everything that we needed from cleaning supplies to extra linens and towels. We came to town for a sporting event and had 4 couples which fit perfectly in this home. We brought our dogs and between the backyard and park next door, there was plenty of room for them to get out. The location is great and walkable to Music Row and The Gulch. The neighbourhood is quiet and felt safe.
