The staff were superb! They all went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Of particular note-the first morning we were there (2/10) I noticed cola or coffee spilled over the hood of my car in the valet lot. I told the two staff members at the door and the mess was "magically" gone the next morning. Their efforts were so kind and so appreciated!

It was an unusual circumstance as we were there as we didn't have power because of the huge Nashville ice storm. The staff was great-with a lot of craziness going on around them and the room was very nice.
