Newly renovated, this ranch is located just a 1/2 mile from Scarborough State Beach. The interior doors and entry door are 35 inches wide for easy accessibility, entrance steps can accommodate a ramp which can be rented at Oakley Home Access in Narragansett, wheelchair accessible kitchen sink, and a low entry shower with a pull down seat. The interior features an open living/dining/kitchen area, with hardwood floors. The living room comes equipped with a TV and the side door opens to a deck where there is a small picnic area and gas grill. House has central air conditioning. Some accessibility features.

highly recommend this house

We're just back from a week stay in this house. Loved it! Extremely convenient, just a 15 minute walk to Scarborough Beach. Lots of space & the backyard is lovely. Wish I had realized there was no a/c but box fans in each room worked fine...we spent every day out of the house so no real imposition on comfort. We highly recommend this house & hope to stay again in the future.
