Great rental. Extremely clean and well apporinted! As pictured/described. When our travel plans went awry due to the crazy weather spring brea week, the host Cindy went above and beyond to help. When my daughter and I got our flight delayed and moved to two days later, but my mother-in-law didn't and arrived in the middle of the night two days before us with no transportation, Cindy not only provided a private ride service option, but personally checked on my MIL after she (the host) herself arrived after travel delays. She even took my MIL out to lunch the following day as my MIL did not have a car. Extremely sweet and personal service! The house itself is good, just what you see in the photos, nicely remodeled and tastefully updated. The Ninja coffee maker is a bit fiddly, if you are not used to one; I would have preferred just a simple coffeemaker that I didn't have to read the manual to use, but that's just me. It does everything, though, grounds, kcups, iced, froth, and so forth so all options are there. And if you are sleep impaired, like I was, just a heads up, all the beach chairs and towels are in the laundry room! Took me a minute to figure that out. My one small complaint is that the hot tub (Hot Springs Relay, premium brand) became very frothy when I turned the jets up. Not a big deal, we just kept the jets turned down, but it would have been nice to have a serious jet massage without it being like I was in a very soapy bubble bath. It was still a very nice perk.
