Hotel itself & staff are great ocean view Is fantastic. They do have a shuttle to the airport. However, In the description it said it was in Naples, it is not it is in Procida. Advertisement said near the international airport, it is not. It is 50 to 60 euros to take cab to the port area for a hop on hop bus. No wait at the breakfast buffet. So if you want a hotel near the international airport this is not it.

The staff and service are excellent. The view is beautiful. However, The hotel is not near anything. The room has mold around the shower/tile, missing light switches, extremely dirty hot tub. Had to get up early oh for our flight and could hear the Neighbor’s tv.

Outstanding Property/No promised Airport shuttle

Our stay was Great but the description of the property on Hotels.com promised an Airport Shuttle which ended up costing us over 75 Euros for an Uber/Taxi. I emailed the property 48 hours before our stay requesting shuttle information, with no reply. We phoned the property upon arrival at the airport and were told that someone would pick us up. When nobody arrived, we phoned the property again and they apologized and said that unfortunately they did not have a shuttle available. The sole purpose of choosing this property was because of the promise of a hotel shuttle. Upon our arrival at the property, once again they were apologetic and even compted us a drink at their lounge. The hotel is beautiful, the view breathtaking and the cuisine and prices at their evening dinner menu was outstanding. The complimentary continental breakfast on the veranda was exceptional.

We stayed for four nights at the hotel's studio suite which has a jetted tub in the room. The room was spacious and cozy, and the doors can open to a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. The bathroom was plenty big, but some fixtures need an upgrade; regardless it was clean. It had a heated towel rack, but we never used it. The plug was also to high to reach for my short self. Maybe this is a European thing, but I am use to having drawer space to put my things in, but this this hotel had none. There was an open closet to hang clothes, but several items simply remained in our suitcases because we had nowhere to put them. The jetted tub was roomy and so relaxing once we figured it out. I wish there had been some instructions on how to operate it. It had lots of buttons to push and they were not labeled, so it was a guessing game what each was for. Most of the staff we dealt with were great and super helpful. On the first night we missed dinner and they went out of their way to make us a little something, best grilled ham and cheese sandwich we ever had. They serve a continental breakfast, and it was good. They have several different options. We made it a little late (15-20 minutes before breakfast ended) a few days, so there were mostly pastries and yogurt. There was a random sulfur smell, and we found out is coming from a nearby volcanic crater that emits those fumes. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

False advertisement on the amenities!

Be around that this hotel advertise a free order to the airport that I cannot provide to you. I communicate with them for two days before arriving by emails and they announce me that on the Sunday the free shuttle doesn’t work. The day of my arrival, 2 hour prior my checking the announce me they couldn’t accommodate my free shuttle. I had to cancel it and they charge me anyway. Stay away from this hotel that actually lying to you and try to rip you off!

Zero customer service. What a ripoff!

Terrible experience, we travelled with friends and family, called in advance to let them know of our arrival, shuttle costed us $80 Euros for a short trip. We let them know some of us had lost a flight and they didn’t let us in the room after midnight, despite the fact we had called them twice to make them aware of the situation. Customer Service is zero grade in this hotel.
