The communications were clear and prompt. We were picked up from the bus station despite arriving at Hakuba around 10.30pm. The property is also equipped with amenities that one can reasonably expect.

The best part of the property is on the second floor. It has a huge living area, dining table for 6 and a well equiped kitchen. There are large windows on all sides of the property which provides for great view of the surrounding.

20代前半の娘ちゃん２人を連れての４人での宿泊でした。 部屋に入ってから大喜びして、ハイテンションでした！ 広いし、綺麗だし、若い子が好きそうなデザインでとても良かったです。 床暖房もあり、夜は助かりました。 キッチンも広いし、なんでも揃っているから文句なしです。 ホテルと違ってホントにゆっくりくつろげて、みんな大満足でした。 もー次からは白馬に来たら他には泊まれないくらいの満足度です
