This was a great place to stay. Beautiful property and great staff helpful and accommodating. The food was adequate as were the accommodations. Not to mean it was bad at all. It IS pretty rustic, at least in the non renovated bures I stayed in, but I felt that was part of the charm. Despite rustic and dated very clean. There are not TVs as advertised, if that’s important to you. Liked the different activities and dinner events they had too. So overall I would stay here again and would recommend.

Room was still dirty from the previous guests. Garbage, bed slept in and not bedding not changed. Dirty towels still in bathroom. Bathroom not cleaned(streaks in toilet). Plus there is an open air crematory within 400m of the hotel so I could only imagine the smell if it was in use while we pulled up to the hotel. We seen our room and decided not to stay. We have stayed in some questionable place over our world travels and this place was by far the worst place we have been. Staff didn’t care at all about our complaints. Expedia tried to contact them while I was at the front desk and wouldn’t answer the phone. I’m still waiting on Expedia for a refund.

I was swinging my bag off the bed and hit the floor fan which fell over and broke. I took it up to the front desk to report it. They told me I would have to pay for it and I was happy to do so, as I broke it. I asked for another one bc I am a fan sleeper and they told me they did not have any extras. Sadly I went back to my room. About ten minutes later a knock at the door. They brought me a new fan! Great staff all around! The location was decent but the road in needs a lot of love!

Most of Club Fiji's staff are truly wonderful but some are very lazy and the fiji time excuse is not acceptable when your bath towels are taken and you dont get replacement until late afternoon and you are faced with drying yourself with used clothing. The female public toilets are filthy and the toilet seats broken and extremely unsafe especially for the elderly and children. No one seems to care especially management who are eager for profits but run a dangerous resort with obviously no incentives for some staff to get important repairs done. I am also annoyed at being placed in the ocean front bure with large gaps in the window slats that i needed to cover up for fear of anyone being able to see my very beautiful 18yo granddaughter getting undressed etc. This resort FALSE AND DECEITFUL advertising claims wifi in rooms, laundry facilities, Tv in each room ALL FAKE AND DO NOT EXIST. Shame on the very wealthy and exploitative OWNERS/MANAGERS who enrich themselves at the risk of safe practice of a truly beautiful place with many beautiful and hard working employees. The owners house is very impressive and lacks nothing in security and maintenance but YOUR RESORT cannot even supply safe and clean public use toilets or adequate window covering to look after the comfort and safety of your clientele. SHAMEFUL!!!
