The breakfast had both hot and cold options. The staff were courteous and helpful. We stayed a few days and everyday found it clean and inviting even on the holiday where there was limited staff. This is our 5th time staying there when visiting family and we will not stay anywhere else!

Staff is excellent! Room and facility is very clean. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have had. The only complaint is that the toilets are very low, with knee problems it makes it difficult.

Everything was great, except the frame the bed was in. The pointy corners on the bed is a safety hazard. Both my husband and I hit our knees on the frame numerous times during our stay.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was pretty good, but it needs the paint touched up. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the water pressure was not good. The room furniture was good with the exception being the bed, which was pretty hard and left me with a sore back both nights.

Once arriving at property they wanted a $150 incident fee deposit because I had a local address. That's a hidden fee you know nothing about until you physically show up to check in
