This property is disgusting. We stayed one night because it was so filthy. If I had been able to check in somewhere else we never would have stayed the one night. Sticky stuff covered the fridge and side tables. No towels were available to shower. The pool is 100 percent unusable and after seeing the room I would have not trusted it to be clean either. Do not believe the positive reviews, they are fake. Stay somewhere else. I left, and had to pay another fee elsewhere m, they are refusing to refund my cost even though we did not use the room for the entire stay. I took pictures but there is no where here to post what this property truly looks like and the condition. It smells so bad of must and mold we have all had a cough since being in this room for 1 night.

They room had an amazing view, unfortunately the bathroom was dirty. The toilet was left used and the whole room smelled like it. Other than, the property, I believe is going throw renovations, so eventually it will be nicer. Parking was easy to access and included in the room fee. Did not spent the night, but it was quiet during the time there

Property is too old, but it was updated inside. Still you can see the 'age' in every place. It looks like bikers motel.

I go to Myrtle Beach several times a year and have stayed at several different places this is absolutely the worse hotel on the beach. The room had the wose mildew smell. There were dead bugs everywhere. Everytime i would leave and come back in i would see roaches. Horrible place stay away

Dirty unsafe roaches terrible absolutely terrible experience didn’t even stay there stayed less than an hour after paying for early check in after a 15 hour drive will be filing complaint with health department

The room was dark, inadequate lighting, strong odor, the refrigerator looked like it was from 1970’s with stains all over, The bed squeaks with every turn…This must be a one star hotel…. I regret paying hundreds of dollars for this dump.

The staff was friendly, the ocean view was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Other than that, i dont have much nice to say. I dont usually leave bad reviews, but... the property was very outdated, there was trash everywhere, and the pools were disgusting. The room was something like an escape room, once you could get in. We spent 2 days waiting on staff and their master key every time we needed in because our door was messed up. Once in, the kitchenette had ZERO pots, pans, plates, bowls, spoons, etc.. there were no ice trays, trash cans or coffee pots in the room and the microwave was covered in unidentifiable food from several previous families. The main room was colder than the refrigerator(which didnt take much) and the other room was a terrarium. We shared a remote for both TVs but at least there were TVs, I guess. You needed Hulk to open the balcony door and we almost got sea sick on the toilet. Apparently it was a requirement to slam all doors at all hours so that your neighbors knew when you were coming and going. We were thankful that my husband is on level 546 of parking jam on his phone, because it was very helpful when trying to get in and out of the lot. I could go on, but needless to say that was our first and last stay at South seas. The staff was very apologetic, but that wasnt a cure for the frustration and headache.
