When this hotel says “standard” room, be prepared for a motel 6 room! A mattress with no headboard. A small shower with a shower curtain 6”too short so the whole bathroom floods, literally. Had to complain and ask for another room, which they gave us for the second night. Second room better. View of water and a bathtub so no flooded floor! Hotel is very tired. Needs major rehabilitation. Breakfast ok but not great. Even coffee was lukewarm. The only positive is that the hotel is right on the beach and old pier with restaurants is 200 yards away

Location was walking distance to everything. The property was gorgeous! Manicured and perfectly decorated inside and outside. Breakfast included and was perfect for starting out your day. There are only 25 rooms but property is large. Breathtaking views! Staff was very helpful. I will return!

We got very disappointed with the hotel, the only thing we like it was the location it is right in the center and closed to the beautiful stores around. Firs it all they don’t provide complementary water, usually for a four star hotel they provide a list two bottles of water, we used the water that was out side the refrigerator and when we sing out they change as for does two bottles of water, and also the bathroom are in very bad shape!! It looked like one star hotel, is very poor condition. sorry but that was our experience.

disappointing to say the least

For the price and the pictures posted this hotel is not what is seems. The pool and garden was nice, however the rooms and hotel itself was less than impressive. This is the first time hotels.com has misrepresented the hotel. I was waiting for the front desk to ask how are stay was during checkout but they didn’t.

The hotel was presented really well with good facilities. The location was good and only a few minutes walk to town centre, harbour and bus station. Staff were friendly and helpful.
