Situated in a pine forest, 6 km from the splendid village of Gordes and 45 km from Avignon, this Provencal mas, a beautiful stone property, comprises a set of main buildings. It features a terrace, a garden, an outdoor swimming pool heated in season and a hammam. Enjoy the absolute calm of the place and a sublime view of the Luberon, the ideal place to stay to discover Provence by car.
The main building features air-conditioned rooms with individual heating and 2 bathrooms with a view of the countryside, the swimming pool or the garden. Some rooms have a television. The rooms are spacious, the decoration is refined and modern.
The fifth bedroom consists of a bedroom + living room and a bathroom with independent access to the garden.
There is also an independent studio with a double bedroom, a living room and its bathroom.
The kitchen, with its large table, is large, functional and fully equipped. In the comfortable living room, with television, also air-conditioned and with exposed beams, there is a magnificent piano. Une belle maison aux prestations à améliorer
Nous sommes venus a 10 pendant deux semaines au mois d’aout 2021. La maison est tres belle et spacieuse et pour tout dire bénéficie d’un potentiel fort. Elle est bien située et sa terrasse, son jardin et sa piscine sont agréable. Malheureusement nous avons souffert d une cuisine mal équipée et dont les meubles sont abîmés. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec le frigidaire et le lave vaisselle. Par ailleurs plusieurs portes et fenêtres ferment mal dans la maison. Bref des travaux d’entretien sont à mener.
Le propriétaire a bien fait livrer un second frigo dans la deuxième semaine mais cette cuisine inconfortable a eu un impact sur le confort de notre sejour.
Par ailleurs les reseaux telecom sont mauvais mais ca c est le charme de cette region…
