We didn’t even stay at hotel booked the wrong one since they have two hotels that start with Sam address 777 and stayed at there sister property 777 casino drive and they wouldn’t credit or refund the other hotel room ridiculous customer service on Harrahs end so disappointed and out $500

The room was clean however I was led to believe it was an up-grade and it was not, I can get the same room at most discount hotels. The casino floor was small and did not have many choices of games I and my wife like to play. The food choices were a joke, overly priced Gorden Ransey dining is not for us. We then had a choice of fast food and/or Starbucks, what a shame. Then last but not at all the least, NO complimentary drinks or cocktails on the gambling floor? and at high end prices, you must be kidding right? All of this not to mention I can no longer smoke in the building ANYWHERE, it makes one feel like a second or 3rd class citizen. Needless to say, we will continue to enjoy our gambling and slot play elsewhere. Sincerely, Michael Hunter P.S. We had several middle of the night sleeping interruptions from other guests, Hollering, door slamming and even a remote control car down the hallway, so our sleep was not great either.
