The Lodge is in a great location close to the various lake access spots. The room could use some upgrades and TLC, but would definitely stay there again based on the location and amenities.

Not the best

It’s a very cheap and beat up room. The room was mostly clean but the condition was so poor it looked dirty. The motel is right next to the highway so you cars very loudly unless up crank the A/C up. The A/C did work well and so did the refrigerator. It’s an ok place to stay if you just need a bed for a night.

Great location- sandwiched between Mt Shasta and Shasta Lake. It is right off the interstate- and easy to find- but it’s not quiet- ear plugs were helpful. The room had air conditioning- which was fabulous after 90 degree days, mini fridge, microwave (hard to find in rooms) and a working coffee machine. The accommodations- while a little dated, were clean and tidy. Parking was very convenient and close to the room. They had a little front porch. Staff was very friendly and let us check in a few hours early (thank you!). We were able to take a little morning walk around. There is a diner down the street from the lodge.
