Clean, safe and very attentive owners, that lives on property. This is a great place to explore the many nature-based features of Dunsmuir and the Mt Shasta region. Don't expect luxury, this is your base camp not the destiny.

This is a very old motel and it shows. The rooms have been updated, but the bathroom was the size of a phone booth. The mattress was very firm and the pillows were like rocks. The staff was friendly.

Love the location of this property and the staff was very nice and informative. Walking distance to hedge creek falls. Only a short distance to mt. Shasta. Bed was comfy and room felt clean even though it was obviously very old. Would definitely stay here again!

I think for the price of the room, it is a very good deal. An old style, sweet place, with lots of trees, clean room, friendly staff and comfortable enough but small rooms, and comfortable beds. The shower stall was very small, almost hard to get in for one person. But like I said, it is an old style, comfy, place, definitely perfectly fine for the price.

Not for those seeking a particularly maintained or modern lodging, but my room was clean, the staff was kind, and it was a perfectly acceptable roadside stop. Mostly went for price as I was traveling solo in a moving truck. Alright 24/7 diner in walking distance. Could have been a lot worse for a budget stay.
