The room was clean and updated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only complaint I have is that you cannot access any streaming apps on the television. You’re stuck with a few basic cable channels and overpriced movies you can rent. You can’t even cast from your phone to the TV the way they have it set up.

The pool was great, casino was a nice size, rooms were clean. I just wish the rooms had an actual refrigerator. There was only a mini bar where a refrigerator would be, this was inconvenient since we brought our own drinks.

I had emergency I had to leave my stay early I explained everything in the from desk and later for text on website they told me we understand that was emergency so we gonna refund you just wait 5 10 business days after that they never answered me anymore so for me it’s bad experience

An outstanding stay from start to finish! The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of—every interaction was warm and professional. The room was quiet, well-appointed, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. Amenities were top-notch, and the location made everything easy and convenient.This hotel truly has everything you need without ever leaving the property. With multiple on-site restaurants offering a great variety of delicious options. The convenience alone made the stay exceptional. The pool area was a standout—clean, relaxing, and perfectly set up for both lounging and enjoying the day. The hotel is clean and staff is nice but we mainly went for the pool area but unfortunately the water is not hot enough. It was chilly and they have no hot tub. I highly recommended that they isolate an area and make the water hot enough so that it can be used in the winter. Kind of disappointing.

Great mini vacation. Clean and spacious rooms. Wonderful pool with a bar. Delicious food at Bistecca by Il Milano. And casino of course. No need to leave the hotel to have it all. I suggest to come on week days to avoid crowds. We are very happy with our stay!
