We were happy to find a place where we could stay with our dog for the night. Unfortunately, the room was not soundproof at all. We could see light around the main door, and the sound poured in freely. We had neighbors who partied till 3 AM. Door were slammed or knocked on, and we and our dog could hear everything. Our dog thought he had to protect us, so he barked every time. I imagine our other neighbors heard him barking for which I deeply apologize. The room was decent, and the pillows were fabulous. The toiletries left a lot to be desired. Conditioning shampoo is a misnomer...it does not condition at all. The towels were super thin. We appreciated the location and it being dog friendly, but the value did not match the cost. It was definitely overpriced for the area and the amenities offered.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with a toilet not flushing. Called the front desk and it was fixed immediately. The pool was wonderful. Rooms were a nice size. The beds very comfortable. Very clean. I would stay again.

The staff was super friendly. The small balcony beautiful facing the pool was relaxing. The shower had little pressure and the shower hardware was broken. The breakfast was basically a grab and go. The elevator was absolutely nasty. My husband laptop computer caught a virus, because the WiFi was unsecured. Other than that, it was O.K.

The facility/room was impecably clean. The floor was so clean that I didn’t even need socks. The flooring is wood/artificial wood, but resembled rug. Everything was in place and neat. Not a luxury place, but had everything needed: mini fridge, mini microwave, T.V., lamps, etc. And American breakfast was included. It was next to a gas/mini mart location. Also, about 10 minutes from the outlets. I couldn’t ask for more at the convenient price offered.

Clean area nice building and convenient to high way and also for two days we did not get cleaning services or clean towels 2 times I reported to front desk staff nothing was done one staff member said she was sorry and they were under staff third day I call during the night after arriving from are outing to report that the room was not clean we had no clean towels again the front door staff was surprised I told him I had called previously about the same problem nothing was done he said stated and told me he would find clean towels and he personally would bring them up to me this situation really made me disappointed and dissatisfied on the service also the breakfast menu needs improvement no change in t he breakfast options were not that great we ate elsewhere for breakfast and the dining area was to crowd also the out door trash was full I give service a poorly grade and some staff members were nice and helpful house keeping services failed I feel things should have been done better regarding my situation and stay we also left a few hours earlier unhappy guest !9
