"Beautiful location, near the Great Sand Dunes and wonderful star gazing. The staff were family and supportive. The tent we stayed in was wonderful. The shared bathrooms and were clean and the staff did an excellent job of attending to any consistent clean up. Campers should be prepared for cooler nights but overall a great experience. "

"We had the best time staying at this lovely house near Great Sand Dunes—seriously couldn’t have asked for more! Kristen was an incredible host, super thoughtful and on top of everything. She even messaged me before we arrived with super helpful tips that made our trip even smoother. The house was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed to relax after our adventures. We especially loved how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was—perfect for stargazing and unwinding. It felt like a true home away from home.
